Terms & Conditions
Last updated 4 August 2026
These terms apply whenever you buy from outpostldn.com, operated by Outpost LDN, [Company registration number], registered office [Registered office address] ("we", "us"). Please read them before ordering. By placing an order, you agree to them.
1. Who we are
Contact us at info@outpostldn.co.uk. [VAT registration number, if applicable].
2. Products and pricing
We try to describe and picture products as accurately as possible, but colours may vary slightly by screen. All prices are shown in GBP. [We are not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is added to prices.] We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order is confirmed.
3. Placing an order
Adding an item to your bag and paying is an offer to buy, not a confirmed sale. A contract is only formed once we send you an order confirmation email after payment succeeds. We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion (e.g. if an item turns out to be out of stock) — in that case, you'll receive a full refund.
4. Payment
Payment is processed securely by Stripe at the time of order. We never see or store your full card details.
5. Delivery
Delivery costs and estimated timeframes are shown at checkout before you pay. Timeframes are estimates, not guarantees — we're not liable for delays caused by the courier or events outside our reasonable control.
6. Your right to cancel
As a UK consumer buying online, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. See our Returns & Refunds policy for exactly how this works and how to request it.
7. Faulty or misdescribed items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose. If something arrives faulty, contact us — your statutory rights aren't affected by anything in these terms, and nothing here limits them.
8. Our liability
We're liable for foreseeable loss or damage caused by us. We don't exclude or limit liability for anything that can't legally be excluded, such as death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes fall under its courts.
