Returns & Refunds
Last updated 4 August 2026
As a UK consumer, you're protected by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Here's exactly how that works for orders from Outpost LDN.
Changed your mind (14-day right to cancel)
You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it — you don't need to give a reason. To do this, email support@outpostldn.co.uk with your order reference, or use the order tracking page to find your order first.
Once you've told us:
- You have a further 14 days to send the item(s) back to us.
- Items must be unused, unworn (beyond trying them on), and in their original packaging with tags attached.
- Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or not as described.
Refunds
We'll refund you within 14 days of receiving the item back (or of you providing evidence you've sent it, if earlier), to your original payment method via Stripe. Original delivery charges are refunded too, up to the cost of our standard delivery option.
Faulty or damaged items
If something arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you're covered by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 regardless of the 14-day window above:
- Within 30 days of receiving the item, you can get a full refund.
- After 30 days, we'll offer a repair or replacement first; if that's not possible, a refund.
In these cases, we'll also cover the return postage — contact us before sending anything back.
How to start a return
Email support@outpostldn.co.uk with your order reference and which item(s) you're returning, and we'll confirm the next steps.
