Cookie Policy
Last updated 4 August 2026
This explains what cookies and similar technologies we actually use — not a generic template. If it's not listed here, we don't use it.
Strictly necessary (always on)
These can't be switched off, because the site doesn't function without them:
- Session cookie — keeps you signed in to your account.
- Stripe fraud-prevention cookies — set on the checkout page only, by Stripe, to detect fraudulent payments.
- Cart, wishlist, and recently-viewed — stored in your browser's local storage (not a cookie, but similar), so your bag survives a page refresh.
Under UK law, cookies that are strictly necessary to provide a service you've requested don't require consent — but we're telling you about them anyway.
Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to see which pages get visited and how fast the site loads. Both are designed to be cookie-less and don't store anything identifying in your browser or track you across other websites.
Error monitoring
We use Sentry to catch bugs when something breaks. It doesn't set cookies, but an error report can incidentally include technical details like your IP address at the moment of the error — see our Privacy Policy for how we handle that.
Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time. Doing so may stop parts of the site working — for example, you'd be signed out, or unable to check out.
